Shipping costs
Free shipping on all orders within the Netherlands.
The cost for shipping orders outside the Netherlands (EU Only) is 8.00 EUR.
Your package will be sent with PostNL.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace by email to follow your order.
The order can also be picked up in the center of Arnhem.
If so, please indicate this as soon as the order is placed and we will contact you about this.
Delivery time
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours.
Returns
We accept all returns for any reason and provide a refund, within 14 days.
Anything purchased online can be returned to our address you will receive once you filled in the return form below.
When returning your order, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend you to send your return with a track & trace so you have proof of the shipment.
Conditions
-All products must be returned within 14 days after delivery.
-All products must be unworn and unwashed.
-All products must have all original The Hyped Club labels and tags.
If you do not like your new purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price.
We only accept undamaged, unaltered, uncleaned, unused, unworn and unwashed products (other than to try on the item(s) and in the same condition as it was sold to you).
Labels or tags must remain intact and attached if possible. Products must be returned in or with the original packaging.
